We have found an increasing demand for additional and more stringent testing, as well as the need for modification of stock valves for fast track deliveries.

One of our key strategies has been to invest in enhanced workshop facilities enabling us to provide a more flexible and rapid response to a wide range of engineering services. This sets us aside as we can quickly satisfy specific customer requirements within our own facility under our own quality control.

Our in house machining facility allows for flexible stock management with machining of flange ends as well as general machining and valve modification.

We have in house hydrostatic and gas testing facilities allowing valves to be re-tested to meet particular customer specifications whilst also accommodating client and third party witness inspections. We offer Fugitive Emission, Helium and extended chart recorded testing.

We have invested in Fire-Test facilities that enable us to carry out type testing to the latest international standards.

We carry extensive stocks of spare parts allowing rapid valve repair together with options for modification for specific application requirements eg AED O-Rings & high temperature seat modifications.

Our highly experienced engineers offer an in-house and on-site rectification and repair service, a vital part of our after sales support.
