Perar, Italy manufacture steel ball valves from 1/2” to 60” in pressure classes ANSI 150 lbs to ANSI 2500 lbs.

One of the first; and still privately owned, Italian manufacturers of high quality API 6A and API 6D ball valves since its inception in 1962, Perar have built a reputation as one of the most respected pipeline ball valve brands in the world.

Perar hold numerous end user approvals such as Transco-V6, GOST, Stoomwezen, Canadian Registration Number, Maersk, Petronas, Shell, QP and PDO, with a manufacturing range that includes 1/2” to 60” sizes in class ratings up to ANSI 2500 and API 10,000, countless project references outline the success and experience Perar and the acvalvealliance have achieved in satisfying a client list of companies both large and small.

With a range of construction options including floating ball, trunnion mounted (both side and top entry), metal seated, sub-sea, cryogenic, bolted as well as fully welded, the valve alliances’ comprehensive stock of Perar ball valves forms a large part of one of Europes biggest stocking facilities.

Within Perars impressive plant 20 km north of Milan, manufacturing disciplines are divided between 3 distinct operations.  Recent re-investment has meant that the machining and manufacturing plant has been divided into smaller ball valves up to 16” in size and larger sizes up to 60”.  Assembly, test, paint, preparation and stock holding of both components and spare parts are in a separate part of the plant with the third facet being made up of both final product stock and various test disciplines such as cryogenic, a specially installed sand / slurry loop and sub-sea testing utilising a hyperbaric chamber.
